Thế nào là một chiến lược thương hiệu?
Thứ 1: tất cả mọi người trong tổ chức phải nổ lực xây dựng thương hiệu cả bên trong lẫn bên ngoài.
Thứ 2: Rõ ràng, nhất quán và chặt chẽ.
Thứ 3: Lắng nghe tất cả mọi người ( Chăm sóc gia đình họ)
Thứ 4: Chắc chắn rằng thương hiệu của bạn phải thực tế
Thứ 5: giữ tập trung
Thứ 6: Cố gắng giữ lời hứa thương hiệu.

Những ai sở hữu thương hiệu của bạn? Là bạn. Nhưng, thương hiệu chỉ tồn tại trong tâm trí của mọi người (và bạn không sở hữu họ). Thương hiệu là nhất thời và cần phải phát triển.
Vì vậy, chúng ta không thể luôn luôn kiểm soát được thương hiệu của mình … Mặc dù, đó là điều bạn muốn?
Ghi nhớ, … Chúng ta chỉ chấp nhận những thương hiệu tốt nhất và đó là tất cả.
